Is RON (Remote Online Notary) legal in New York?

Yes. New York State law (Executive Law §135-c) authorizes commissioned notaries to perform notarizations remotely, using audio-visual communication and identity verification tools.
Can I notarize documents for use outside New York?

Yes, in most cases. A notarization performed by a New York State notary is valid nationwide. However, some states, agencies, or international entities may have specific requirements—always check with the receiving party.

How do I book a session?

You can schedule a RON appointment directly through our online booking calendar. Choose a time that works best for you, upload your documents securely, and complete payment. You’ll receive a confirmation email with the video meeting link.
How will I receive my notarized document?

Once the notarization is complete, you’ll receive a tamper-evident, digitally signed PDF copy of your notarized document. You can download and print it immediately.
